Philosophy Statement
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief in each person's inherent capacity for growth and healing.
Therapy offers a sacred space — a place for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection with yourself, others, and something greater than ourselves. Sometimes we need support along our journey.
Healing emerges in the presence of safety, compassion, and deep attunement. Every person is inherently worthy and capable of growth. In our time together, we’ll gently explore the deeper layers of your experience and create space for clarity, emotional connection, and new possibilities.
In our work together, I welcome honesty—whether it’s raw, tender, or messy—you won’t hurt my feelings. Therapy is most powerful when we can show up. This space is yours to be fully seen, heard, and accepted.
Spirituality, culture, and neurodivergence are welcomed and integrated in the therapeutic space. Whether your journey is grounded in faith, ancestral wisdom, intuition, or a search for meaning, I will meet you with openness and respect.
It is a privilege and an honour for me to walk alongside you — at your pace — as you reconnect with yourself and loved ones, through your voice, truth, and inner light.

Process Overview
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative and compassionate journey. Here's what you can expect:
Initial Session:
We begin by exploring what brings you in and what you would like to change. I’ll also gather information about your personal history and current life context to understand your unique story.
Therapeutic Approach:
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Attachment-based and psychodynamic models
- Bowen Family Systems Theory principles
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Somatic Therapy
Ongoing Work:
We will co-create a path forward that feels manageable and meaningful. Your therapy plan is built with you, for you—based on your needs, goals, and what matters most to you. Depending on your goals, our sessions may focus on processing emotions, building awareness, strengthening and transforming communication dynamics, conflict resolution, or developing coping strategies. When appropriate, we can also engage in deeper work to process and heal from trauma. Regular progress reviews are integrated throughout the process to assess your therapeutic journey and adjust goals as needed
Duration & Frequency:
The therapy sessions are for approximately 50 minutes in duration. Usually, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your needs, and for a shorter or longer-term basis.
